BACKGROUND
The demand for property over the years in the major cities in Ghana has recently become higher due to the increasing population of which Ashanti region especially Kumasi the capital city is not of exemption. In the event of seeking to acquire property either to rent or to buy a lot has fallen into the hands of some individuals, family heads, chiefs and unprofessional agents who defraud people in the name of acquiring property. Some of the problems created are selling the same piece of land to more than one person, providing fake documents and many more.
Base on this background that this Agency is established to assure residents in Ghana and diaspora to believe in us for all their property transactions. We will professionally assist all potential and existing customers who want to buy or sell property with ease, security and affordability.
BRIEF HISTORY OF THE BUSINESS (O’WESTA)
Owusu Estate Agency & Consult was Establish in 2017 by Kwame Owusu. It started operation as an agent in assisting individuals and institutions in acquiring properties and selling properties without an office in 2017. The agency registered and recognized under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (No.151) as a sole proprietorship with a certificate name as OWUSU ESTATE AGENCY & CONSULT in February, 2018. The agency strategically secured it office at Airport roundabout just opposite Jofel Restaurants in Kumasi in November 2018 to officially serve the general public in property transactions.
The agency has an in-depth and a dedicated staffs and advisory board in the real estate market who drive the affairs of this business. They are very committed and ready to serve you with passion and love. It has the Managing Director, Project supervisor, Secretary and a Marketing / IT officer and two advisors; Nana Broni Dei (A chief at Apapem- Kibi, Easter Region) a retired chief registrar,court of appeal, Kumasi and Lawyer Egblogbe Anaglate at Anaglate and Associates Chambers, Adum Kumasi.
